Our Company

Massa & Giovanni began working together on 2015 in one of Madrid´s most important and ambitious projects AMAZONICO, following its tremendous success, they continued designing different brands and also expanded AMAZONICO to London and Dubai.

We have designed international renowned brands as Amazonico, Ten ConTen, Ultramarinos Quintin, Numa Pompilio, Aarde… In a moment when fine dining concepts are growing rapidly, it is crucial to create brands with confidence and without errors.

At Maangio we assist companies and investors in entering to this competitive market with strength and certainty, to quickly position themselves among the best.

With over 10 years of experience in creating and operating such concepts we provide the expertise needed to achieve success.

MASSA

Born in Japan, studied at Tokyo’s most prestigious culinary school hattori, and worked at 3 Michelin-starred restaurants in several countries before moving to Spain.

There, he obtained his first Michelin star at Sollo restaurant in Malaga. His innovative and creative approach in developing gastronomic concepts makes him a valuable resource for Maangio in the pursuit of success in the restaurant industry.

GIOVANNI

Born in Spain, studied bakery, pastry, and cooking in Madrid. He started in the restaurant world from a very young age by doing internships at the best pastry shops, bakeries, and restaurants.

He landed at “El Paraguas” restaurant at the age of 18 and grew to become the executive chef responsible for new projects and international expansion, helping to create and expand the “Paraguas Group.”
